Cardiff Council could be set to make tens of millions of pounds from the proposed take over of St David’s Hall by a major venue operator. The Academy Music group and the council have published a notice of intent which could earn the council up to £67 million pounds over the course of a 45 year lease.

Lampposts across Blaenau Gwent County Borough could soon be doubling up as electric vehicle charge points. The timing is fortunate as discussion into the matter will take place later on this week, at a time where there have been claims Wales is lagging behind on climate targets, which includes EV charging points.
