ABOUT MONOJ BALACHANDRAN
Manoj Balachandran is based in Bangalore, India, and comes with over 22 years of overall work experience out of which 19 years in the IT industry. Manoj Heads the CSR Function for IBM India and South Asia.
In his previous avatars, Manoj has played Technology Leadership roles in the Cloud Migration and in Account Management within IBM. Manoj also had a 14 year stint in AT&T where he was the Senior Director of their India Operations and was the Center Head for AT&T’s Bangalore center.
Manoj’s core strength lies in building high performing teams primarily in the Application teams like ERP, eCommerce and Infrastructure space. Having started off as an Oracle Manufacturing Consultant, he has gone on to execute and further Lead several projects in this space across multiple product areas over the last 15 years with this business, including being a vertical head and the Center head of their India locations for AT&T. He has also been the global head of the SAP practice while at AT&T running their SAP practice worldwide. Now in the CSR space, his primarily interactions are with NGOs , NPOs and other government entities.

He is a self proclaimed fitness freak and a total outdoor person during his free time. His other hobbies include dance, music, swimming and badminton.
