Seoul city to open Sejong-daero Forest Road on Jan. 1, 2021

Seoul city has almost finished the construction of 'Sejong-daero Forest Road' and will introduce it to the public on the first day of 2021.
The city has been renovating the road since July, removing several lanes to create more space for pedestrians.
The renovated one-and-a-half kilometer stretch of Saejong-daero runs from the southern end of Gwanghwamun Plaza, through Sungnyemun Gate to Seoul station.
In spring, the city will plant trees and flowers along the road to brighten the atmosphere.
