New social distancing lvl. 1 to take effect Saturday in most parts of S. Korea

Most regions in South Korea will implement level one of the new five-tier social distancing system, starting Saturday local time.
This means people will be allowed to carry on with their everyday lives while wearing masks.
However, the level may be raised to level one-point-five in the capital area,.. if the average number of daily infections exceeds one-hundred in a week.
Those who do not adhere to the rules will be fined 1-hundred-thousand won,… or eighty-nine US dollars.
Earlier this month, the government restructured the three-tier scheme by adding levels one-point-five and two-point-five,… to minimize social and economic side effects.
