South Korea's business sentiment bounced back in October, after dropping for the first time in five months in September.
According to the Bank of Korea, the Business Survey Index for all industries came to 74 in October, up ten points compared to the previous month.
However, the figure is still under the 100 threshold that indicates pessimists outnumber optimists.
BSI among manufacturers jumped eleven points on-month, mainly led by automobiles and chemical products.
BSI among non-manufacturing businesses rose 7 points.
The Economic Sentiment Index, which measures the outlook for both companies and households, was up almost 13 points on-month to 85-point-9.
