U.S., Europe seeing record numbers of daily COVID-19 cases

The United States and Europe are reporting more daily cases than ever now.
In the U.S. on Friday, there were nearly 84-thousand cases.
The virus has now infected more than 8 million Americans, but some experts thing the worst has yet to come.
Speaking to CNN on Friday, Dr. Michael Osterholm of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy... repeated his claim that the U.S. is now entering the "darkest days of the pandemic" and that daily cases could easily top 100-thousand.
In Europe, France reported more than 42 thousand cases.
President Emmanuel Macron said the country should expect to be living with the virus until next summer.
