Raging wildfires on U.S. west coast leaves at least seven people dead

Wildfires on the west coast of the United States are spreading at an astonishing rate and have claimed the lives of at least seven people.
An extraordinary amount of smoke from the blaze-filled Bay Area and orange glow from the flames has left the sky ominously dark in Northern California... even when the sun rises.
The blaze has caused large-scale damage to hundreds of houses and has forced thousands of people across three states to flee their homes.
More acres have burned in a single day than the firefighters usually see all year with California alone seeing two-point-five million acres burned already in 2020.
