Limpopo shacks saga - Quality report deadline missed
  • 4 years ago
A report into the structural quality of a multimillion-rand housing project in Limpopo has been delayed. That is because the Human Settlements Department has missed its own deadline. More than 40 structures were built in Talana in Tzaneen at cost of R2 million. A similar project in Burgersfort cost R17 million but has now been halted after concerns were raised about it as well.
