The blame game continues around the multi-million rand, shoddy shack development in Limpopo. The Human Settlements Department says the province jumped the gun, by handing over the temporary homes, before inspections were conducted. Residents complained about the poor workmanship on the corrugated iron structures, which cost R2.4 million.
