Joe Biden was officially nominated for president on the second night of the U.S. Democratic National Convention in a virtual road trip that took viewers across the country... in lieu of a standard in-person roll call on the convention floor.
His wife, Jill Biden, along with other party officials and activists, called the 77 year-old former vice president, who served under Barack Obama, the man to bring America back together.

"We just need leadership worthy of our nation, worthy of you, honest leadership to bring us back together-to recover from this pandemic and prepare for whatever else is next, leadership to reimagine what our nation will be.
