President Moon to give speech to mark formal opening of 21st National Assembly

President Moon Jae-in will be giving a speech in parliament tomorrow... to mark the formal opening of the 21st National Assembly.
The opening ceremony comes almost 50 days since lawmakers started their new terms MUCH DELAYED due to wrangling over the distribution of standing committee chair posts.
President Moon had initially planned to address the parliament in early June.
He is expected to call for bipartisan efforts to overcome COVID-19... and legislative support for state tasks, such as the Korean New Deal initiative.
