The U.S. Ambassador to South Korea, Harry Harris, says Washington remains open to engaging North Korea in talks to denuclearize the regime and establish better relations.
In a video message for a seminar hosted by the Centers for Strategic and International Studies on Thursday,... Harris said he has been following the recent activity at North Korea's border city of Gaeseong,... and the rhetoric coming out of the North.
