Tell us about the panel and any updates there might be at this point.

Conn-young, as you said, the prosecution is investigating Lee Jae-yong and two others for alleged irregularities in a 2015 merger and for accounting fraud.
The panel started with 15 members, but one of them a former chief justice of the Supreme Court recused himself because he had personal connections with a suspect in the case.
The meeting was supposed to end at 5:50 PM, but a decision has not come out yet.
As for the process, each side Samsung and the prosecution provided 50-page opinions and gave a presentation to the panel.
The aim is to have an unanimous decision, but if that doesn't happen, the majority will rule.
The decision is not legally binding, as you said, but is thought to have some level of influence.
Back to you, Conn-young.
