President Moon says Korean New Deal is a new national development strategy

At the emergency economic council today, President Moon Jae-in defined the "Korean New Deal" as the nation's future vision for an overall transformation... not just a single project or a task to bring the economy out of the woods.
Here's the President.
The government will push for a Korean version of the New Deal based on two pillars, a Digital New Deal and a Green New Deal, for South Korea's future. We will transform the economy into one that leads rather than follows and create new opportunities through massive job creation.
Partly funded by the government's proposed third extra budget, the government will seek new projects and exand the size of its investment for the Korean New Deal... with a comprehensive plan to come in July.
The president added... that he will turn the country's quarantine industry into a new engine for exports,... and foster new industries, such as bio and future cars,... to prepare for a post-COVID-19 era.
