To revive the falling economy hit by the COVID-19 pandemic, the South Korean government is trying its best to help people return to normal lives.
The effort isn't limited to the federal or municipal level. District offices are doing their part as well.

South Korea has relaxed social distancing rules starting this Wednesday.
And now, many are working on donation campaigns to help small business owners and disadvantaged people.
Gangnam-gu District in Seoul has started a donation campaign to raise funds that help provide those in need with produce like vegetables and daily necessities from local business owners.
"This is an important time. We have to share the pain and suffering of disadvantaged people, business owners and help revive the regional economy."
The head of Gangnam-gu District, Jung Soon-kyun, got the donation challenge underway by designating three other people to donate as well.
"I could have used the money to watch a movie or buy a cup of coffee, but if I donate instead then I can be satisfied in knowing that it could help many other people."
The campaign will be held for two months at the Starfield COEX Mall and the Gangnam-gu District Office.
With a credit card, people can pay either, 19-hundred Korean Won for COVID-19 or 99-hundred Korean Won... but if paying in cash or by using online banking, people can donate as much as they would like to.
Afterwards, those generous enough to donate can take pictures at the donation photo zone... then use the pictures to get discounts for movie tickets, restaurants and hotels.
As well as the many benefits that the campaign brings, people are feeling a sense of satisfaction by giving to others.
"Sharing makes you happy. I hope people will learn to share in everyday life after this campaign."
The campaign will greatly help others who are suffering from the economic chaos brought by the coronavirus pandemic.
