Two S. Korean quarantine violators issued wristband tracking devices

Two people in South Korea are the first in the country to have to wear wristband tracking devices... after they were caught deliberately breaking the self-quarantine rules.
The South Korean health authorities say... they were wearing the devices as of 6 PM on Tuesday... and will have to keep them on for the rest of their quarantine period.
One was caught in Daegu visiting a coffee shop, and the other was in Busan walking near a middle school.
South Korea announced the wristband measure late last month.
If a violator refuses to wear the device, they'll spend their quarantine time in a special facility at their own expense.
