President Moon says there must be harmony between sports and quarantine

The South Korean president also made note of the start of the K-League, professional football season this Friday stressing there needs to be harmony between sports and quarantine.
Mr. Moon didn't forget to thank the Korean people for all their efforts in getting the number of new daily infections to near zero over the past week.
