Five million students log in as S. Korean schools go online

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced schools around the world to consider teaching students online.
But South Korea continues on with its new school year as planned.
Today,... part two of online homeschooling kicks off for the first two grades in middle and high schools and older grades in elementary schools.
That means,... starting this Thursday,... some 4-million students nationwide will be sitting in front of their computers to take online classes,... all at the same time.
The remaining students in their 1st to 3rd grades of elementary school will start next week, on the 20th.
Students will log on to one of two online class platforms provided by the education ministry to check for attendance.
