[Weather] Big temperature swings between lows and highs

Good morning. Today is the day we really need to watch out for big temperature gaps. We are going to see gaps of over 15 degrees Celsius in Seoul and most other regions as well. A chilly start to the day in Seoul is even a couple notches lower than the seasonal norms so dress accordingly.
The capital had a dry and partly cloudy weekend but other regions had wet and even snowy weather so most of dry weather alerts could be lifted. Seoul has been under a dry weather advisory after 12 days of being under a dry warning. East coast and parts of Jeju are under strong wind advisories.
A chilly start to the new work week, Chuncheon at 2 degrees, 5 degrees in Daejeon and Gwangju.
Temperatures will jump by the afternoon and most regions will be bask under plenty of spring sunshine with decent air quality.
