[Weather] Rain on Jeju and south coat in morning, warm temperatures

Good morning. For the first day of April, weather conditions will vary depending on where you are. As we can see, Jeju and south coast are receiving light spring showers which will let up in the morning while the east coast will see rain through late tonight.
The precipitation won't be too much, though, eastern parts of Gangwon-do Province will see 5 to 10 millimeters.
Readings will continue to hover way above the seasonal norms, nothing much to complain about weather-wise, but the capital area is still under a dry weather advisory and beware of high levels of fine dust.
Taking a closer look at today's readings, lots of clouds to start the day in most regions...Seoul beginning the day at 10 degrees, Gyeongju at 8 degrees with showers.
Afternoon highs will be a couple notches higher than Tuesday hovering near 20 degrees Celsius.
