Cold morning but warm daytime temperatures _ 181120

Good afternoon, we had a very cold start to the day, many inland regions and mountainous areas saw sub zero temperatures... but daily highs will jump to the double digits in many parts actually going as high as yesterday.
Some of central parts of the country will have to deal with high levels of fine dust. Seoul will have clean air today, but unfortunately a dusty day is in store for tomorrow.
Mostly sunny skies will be featured and Beijing and Tokyo will have daily highs similar to Seoul. Most regions in Korea will have highs ranging between 12 and 15 degrees Celsius.
Seoul will get up to 12 degrees... Daegu, Gwangju and Gyeongju will rise to 14 degrees.
Brace yourself for Wednesday's light mix of rain and possibly snow. It will bring down the temperatures even further...beginning the day at minus 2 degrees Celsius on Thursday, and minus 3 on Friday.
