Sabzi biryani:

Ingredients

Rice ½ kg
Biryani masala 1 packet
Potatoes ½ kg
Green peas ½ kg
Carrot ½ kg
Green chilies 6
Plum 100gm
Yogurt 250gm
Whole spice 1tbsp
Onion 2
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Lemon 4
Coriander ½ bunch
Mint ½ bunch
Yellow color as required
Screw pine essence few drops
Biryani essence few drops
Clarified butter ½ cup


Potato cheese balls :

Ingredients

Cheese balls 1packet
Boil potatoes ½ kg
Black pepper 1tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Cumin ½ tsp
Red pepper crushed 1tsp
Green chilies chopped 2-3
Coriander 4tbsp
Eggs 2
Bread crumbs as required
Oil as required

Method
Fry cheese balls in oil and remove , now boil and mash potatoes add all spices ,now coat cheese balls in this and then dip in eggs roll in crumbs and fry and serve.

Loki aur paneer kay koftay:

Ingredients

Bottle gourd ½ kg
Cottage cheese 1cup
Gram flour ½ cup
Cumin 1tsp
Coriander powder 2tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Salt 1tsp
Ginger garlic 2tsp
Egg white 1
Red chili powder 1tsp
Oil as required
Ingredients for gravy
Fenugreek seeds 1tsp
Yogurt 250gm
Onion chopped 1cup
Asafetida pinch
Red chili 1tsp
Coriander powder 1tsp
Turmeric 1tsp
All spice 1tsp
Ginger garlic 2tsp
Tomato paste ½ cup
Salt 1tsp
Oil ½ cup
Coriander, green chili as required

Method
Grate the bottle gourd , put it in cloth and shrink the water , now mix it with egg white , gram flour, cottage cheese and all the spices mix well. now give the shape of balls fry in hot oil remove . for gravy heat oil add fenugreek and chopped onions , then add yogurt , tomatoes ,and add all the spices mix well, now add a cup of water roast it well , when it boils add bottle gourd balls , lastly sprinkle coriander and green chilies and serve.
