Khushk sabzi seekh kabab:

Ingredients

Seekh kabab 1packet
Carrot 250gm
Capsicum 250gm
Cabbage 250gm
Green chilies 6
Garlic 1tbsp
Red chilies crushed 1tsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil 4-5 tbsp
Clarified butter 50gm
Coriander as required

Punjabi shaljam gosht:

Ingredients

Turnip ½ kb
Mutton ½ kg
Onion 2
Tomatoes 4
Turmeric 1tsp
Salt 1tsp
Ginger garlic 1tbsp
Coriander 2tsp
Red chili 2tsp
Black pepper whole 1tsp
Cumin 1tsp
All spice 1tsp
Fenugreek dried 2tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
Coriander as required
Green chilies as required
Clarified butter 1cup

Crispy bhindi chawal:

Ingredients for crispy okra

Okra ½ kg
Gram flour ½ cup
Rice flour 2tbsp
Carom ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1tsp
Green chilies chopped 2tsp

Coriander crushed 2tsp
