The highly-anticipated World Cup qualifier match between the two Koreas is unlikely to be televised live on Tuesday.
The South Korean government has said the North has not responded to suggestions on the match, which will be held in Pyeongyang.
The South had also suggested sending a cheering squad for the occasion.
Ahead of the qualifier set for Tuesday,... the Taeguk Warriors and their coach Paulo Bento set off for Beijing on Sunday afternoon.
They will travel to the North Korean capital on Monday.
