Climate change activist group Extinction Rebellion launches 2-week protest in London

Hundreds of protesters from the so-called 'Extinction Rebellion',... a climate change activist group,... took to the streets of London on Monday for a planned two-week protest
According to the Guardian,... they urged the UK government to take immediate actions to tackle climate change.
Westminster Bridge, Lambeth Bridge, Trafalgar Square, Smithfield market as well as several roads in Westminster were blocked by the activists.
Over 270 arrests had been made by Monday evening.
The group also held an eleven-day demonstration in London in April,... which was followed by July protests in five cities, including London and Bristol.
