U.S. flexes military might ahead of key Chinese anniversary: Report

The U.S. is reportedly flexing its military might in response to China's huge 70th anniversary military parade.
Private aircraft monitoring company, Aircraft Spots cited the U.S. air force to report that the U.S. is planning to conduct a launch drill of Minuteman-3, a long-range intercontinental ballistic missile, from its Vandenberg Air Force Base in California on Wednesday.
Meanwhile, the Japan Times reported that the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan and its strike group of six frigates... were spotted last Saturday in the South China Sea, sailing in the area northeast of the contested Spratly Island chain.
