Here's the president's spokesperson.

"President Moon Jae-in will be visiting New York for to attend the 74th UN General Assembly session for five days from the 22nd of September until the 26th. And the president will be delivering a keynote speech at the General Assembly on the 24th."

As for a summit in New York with President Trump, the presidential office said it's consulting with the White House on the specifics.
President Moon, during his stay, will hold sideline meetings with the leaders of major countries and UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres.
There are no further details about the trip yet, but there's a chance President Moon could encounter the Japanese Prime Minister, who will also be at the General Assembly.
