North Korea has shifted the target of its condemnations from Seoul to Washington.
The regime's Rodong Sinmun said today that America, despite its promise in Singapore to improve relations with the North, still keeps a hostile policy towards the Pyeongyang.
That the U.S. is continuing its "war rehearsals" and arms reinforcement, bringing in F-35A stealth fighter jets and Global Hawk surveillance drones.
The paper emphasized it's therefore legitimate for the communist state to strengthen its self-defense and deploy what it called "powerful physical means."
