President Moon likely to address Japan's retaliatory trade restrictions during Cabinet meeting

President Moon Jae-in is likely set to address Japan's trade restrictions as well as the budget to be set aside for job creation.
During today's weekly cabinet meeting, the president is expected to suggest guidance for the Korean people in dealing with Tokyo's unjust trade actions.
A lot of attention is on the president's message given that the meeting comes a day after Seoul decided to drop Japan from its fast-track trade whitelist a tit-for-tat move that will be implemented in September.
With the meeting being the last regular session before National Liberation Day this Thursday,... the president may even disclose his message prior to his speech on the 15th.
