U.S. National Security Council members met with North Korean officials at the inter-Korean border last week.
According to AP and Reuters on Tuesday, NSC officials delivered photos of the Kim-Trump DMZ meeting to their counterparts from the regime.
This is expected to have happened during U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton's trip to Seoul last Tuesday and Wednesday.
According to the agencies, Pyeongyang's officials told their American counterparts... that they are willing to resume negotiations very soon.
America's top diplomat Mike Pompeo told reporters on his way to the ASEAN Regional Forum... that he believes working-level talks with the communist state won't begin too late.
The secretary of State explained... there has been some preparatory work that delayed the talks.
