According to a report by the Korea Electronics Association, Seoul's electronics industry produced 171-point-one billion U.S. dollars of goods in 2018, …making up eight-point-eight percent of the global market.
Korea trails only China and the United States, …which make up 37-point-two percent and 12-point-six percent of the market respectively.
The nation's electronics production rose by 53-point-three percent from 2013 to 2018, …thanks to strong performances by chip makers like Samsung Electronics and SK hynix.
