여야, 안보국회•추경처리 합의... 8월 1일 본회의 개최

In a much-needed breakthrough at South Korea's parliament,... the floor leaders of the three main parties have agreed on the parliamentary agenda for July.
Starting Tuesday,... the National Assembly will convene the relevant standing committees to address growing security concerns,... such as North Korea's recent missile launches,... airspace violations by China and Russia ... as well as Japan's trade retaliation.
The rival parties also agreed to hold a plenary session on Thursday,... to vote on the 5-point-7 billion U.S. dollar extra budget bill that's been stuck in limbo for over three months.
Lawmakers will also vote the same day on resolutions condemning Japan's export curbs... and air intrusions by China and Russia.
The new session comes ten days after the June session ended with nothing passed.
