Many Koreans don't eat breakfast, but a new study suggests eating breakfast even just once or twice a week can help reduce the risk of heart problems.
A study by Yonsei University of over seven thousand people aged between 40 and 79, …showed that people who did not eat breakfast at all were one-point-46 times more likely to get heart disease …compared to those who ate breakfast five to seven times a week.
And surprisingly, those who ate breakfast just once or twice a week were 22 percent less likely to have heart problems compared to those who ate breakfast nearly every day of the week.
The researchers say this shows eating breakfast even once a week can help prevent heart problems
