Ingredients
300 g (11oz) dark chocolate, roughly chopped
125 g (4oz) butter, cubed
6 tbsp. golden syrup
2 x Cadbury’s Christmas selection boxes
200 g (7oz) digestive biscuits
75 g (3oz) mini marshmallows

Directions
Lightly grease and line a 20.5cm (8in) square baking tin with baking parchment.

Tip the chocolate, butter and syrup into a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of simmering water.

Meanwhile, roughly chop the chocolates from 1 selection box and break up the biscuits with your hands in to small pieces. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from the heat and pour over the chopped chocolates, digestives and 50g (2oz) marshmallows.

Spoon the mixture into the tin, top with extra chocolate bars and remaining marshmallows. Chill in the fridge for at least 4hr to set, or leave overnight.
