President Moon has ordered his finance minister to swiftly push for a supplementary budget to address people's safety.
The president told him to speed up efforts to restore forests destroyed by last week's wildfire and come up with a systemic forest trail to prevent such incidents from happening again.
The president also told his top economic policymaker to enforce measures aimed at countering the country's chronic fine dust air pollution.
