Special probe into Russian involvement in the 2016 U.S. presidential election ends on Friday

After 22 long months, a special investigation into Russian involvement in the 2016 U.S. presidential election came to a close on Friday.
Special Counsel Robert Mueller submitted his final report to Attorney General Bill Barr,... who said, in his letter to the House and Senate judiciary committees... that he could advise them of Mueller's principal conclusions as soon as this weekend.
But he said further discussions will have to take place... on what information can be revealed to Congress and the public.
President Donald Trump has repeatedly denied Russian involvement in the last presidential election,... but Mueller accused Trump's former campaign chairman... of sharing polling data with an alleged Russian intelligence asset.
The report is also expected address... whether Trump obstructed justice by firing James Comey, the former FBI director,... and through other actions.
