S. Korea's National Security Council meets over N. Korea pullout from joint liaison office

At the Cheongwadae, the president's top security adviser held a meeting of the National Security Council to discuss North Korea's decisions to pull its officials from the liaison office.
The NSC's standing committee reportedly discussed ways to minimize the fallout from the withdrawal... as well as how it could impact inter-Korean ties and Pyeongyang-Washington relations.
