North Korea's deputy minister of the inter-Korean joint liaison office has returned to work after three weeks of absence.
Seoul's unification ministry confirmed Kim Kwang-song, was back at the joint liaison office in the border town of Gaeseong on Monday.
North Korea has two deputy ministers who take turns staying at the office, but neither of them had been present since March 11th -- even before the North temporarily withdrew its officers.
Around 10 North Korean officers were working at the office on Monday,... the same number as before their withdrawal.
