EU says world should work to maintain momentum for N. Korea-U.S. talks

The EU says it agrees with South Korea, that the world should work to maintain the current momentum for dialogue between North Korea and the U.S..
South Korea's foreign affairs ministry says Seoul's nuclear envoy Lee Do-hoon sat down with Federica Mogherini, the EU's High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy on Wednesday to share their reviews on North Korea's denuclearization.
Lee also relayed the latest developments on the Korean Peninsula and Seoul's policies to the EU Political and Security Committee, where he reiterated the importance of resuming Pyeongyang-Washington talks soon.
