N. Korea, U.S. officials need to meet quickly to maintain momentum for dialogue: Gallucci

Washington's chief negotiator with North Korea in the early 1990s says working-level officials of North Korea and the U.S. need to meet "pretty quickly" to maintain the momentum for dialogue.
Robert Gallucci, the former Special Envoy for the U.S. State Department, made the remark in an interview with 'The Hill' on Sunday,... adding there isn't much time.
He said it's very hard to get everything settled for the leaders so they can simply come in and sign what's already been negotiated.
He added it never would've happened that way with the North Koreans before, and it didn't happen that way this time either.
