Trouble seems to be mounting for Asaram Bapu, who is in Gujarat Police's custody till October 22.
The Ahmedabad Police has sought a 10-day remand for the alleged rapist after interrogating him. In the remand application, the police has alleged that the investigations have thrown up a possibility that Asaram had been arranging for abortions of his victims through his Ashram administrator Dhruv, who used to take the victims to hospital for the purpose.
