Ahmedabad: An application was filed by Surat police, on Monday morning, against sexual assault accused, Narayan Sai to declare him an 'absconder' after Sai failed to submit himself before the police after subsequent look-out notice and search warrant released against him. Haryana, Gujarat cops had issued lookout notice against Sai to call him for investigation. But he has been evading since the case was registered on 6th Oct.
