India News : Prime Minster may speak on Coalgate missing files

India News : Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will speak on the controversy over missing files on the coal block allocations on Friday even as the coal ministry remarkably succeeded in locating 16 of the files which it had so far not been able to locate.
Sources said the 16 files, part of the 43 considered crucial for the CBI investigation into the irregular allocation of coal blocks, were handed over to the agency. The CBI already had in its possession 21 'Coalgate' files.
