Coalgate Scam: Its true that some files from 1992 to 2004 are missing, says Coal Minister

The missing files in Coal-gate, which has put the probe in limbo, rocked Rajya Sabha forcing repeated adjournments.
BJP, JDU and others have upped their ante alleging cover up and demanding the resignation of coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal after the government admitted to the missing files.
However, the Government has ruled out any scope of Jaiswal's resignation. Meanwhile, Rajya Sabha chairman has called for an all party meet to discuss the disruption rules.
