Coalgate Scam: Missing files a case of destruction of evidence, says Arun Jaitley

After voicing their objections on the Food Bill. The BJP and left today tore into the govt over the missing Coalgate files.
Both houses erupted into pandemonium as the angry members of the opposition accused the govt of the criminal charge of destroying evidence.
In the Rajya Sabha, BJP's Arun Jaitley cornered the government by asking how it can be so incompetent as to allow crucial files related to a CBI investigation being supervised by the Supreme Court get lost.
Jaitley then charged the govt with willfully destroying the files, which are believed to contain damning evidence against the prime Minister, he was the Coal Minister at the time of the Coal Scam.
