The missing files in Coalgate, which has put the probe in limbo, rocked Rajya Sabha forcing repeated adjournments.
BJP has upped its ante alleging cover up and demanding the resignation of Coal Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal after the government admitted to the missing files.
Meanwhile, Rajya Sabha chairman has called for an all party meet to discuss the disruption rules.
