1. Lord Krishna notably has 108 names in total, which include Gopal, Govind, Mohan, Shyam, Hari and more.
2. We commonly notice him in portraits as blue skinned figure. However, the actual complexion of Krishna was dark black and not blue.
3. As a token of Gurudakshina to his Guru called Rishi Sandipani, Krishna brought back the dead son.
4. Krishna had 16,108 wives, out of which eight were principal wives known as Ashtabharya, the princely queens.
5. Krishna had 80 sons also remembered as the Yadavas and he had 10 sons from each of those eight wives.
6. Rukmini, the wife of Lord Krishna is considered to be an avatar of Goddess Laxmi.
7. Ekalavya was originally a cousin brother of Krishna, son of Devsharava (brother of Vasudeva)
