1 Gayatri Mantra is identified as the universal hymn. It is a well-known Rig Vedic prayer, which consists of 24 syllables.
2 It is believed to be a powerful chant which is meant for purification and spiritual growth.
3 The scientists have classified that the Gayatri Mantra is related to specific nodes or centers present in the human body through these twenty-four letters.
4 Further research shows that by uttering these 24 words, we generate about 110,000 sound waves.
5 Few believe that the mantra is dedicated to Gayatri or Savitr (the other name for Hindu Sun God), however, it is actually dedicated the every element in the cosmos (Brahman).
