Cold snap hits Seoul on first day of February

It hasn't been the coldest winter we've ever seen in Korea,... but February is off to a bitterly cold start.
Temperatures are around ten degrees Celsius lower compared to the same time yesterday.
The mercury is forecast to remain below freezing all day in many parts of the country.
The Korea Meteorological Administration says the wind chill will make it feel even colder than the actual temperatures,... so layer up before venturing out.
