N. Korea's key nuclear facilities show signs of limited operations

At North Korea's Yeongbyeon nuclear complex, analysts say that while the main facilities still appear dormant,... there are signs of limited activity at one key plant.
According to 38 North, a website that monitors the regime,... satellite pictures from December indicate possible operations at the Uranium Enrichment Plant.
The images were taken after it had snowed.
But the snow had melted on the roofs of the two gas centrifuge halls,... a sign the facility is emitting heat.
However, the U.S.-based North Korea watchdog adds that it's difficult to determine, based on pictures alone,... and it's unclear in what capacity the facility is being operated.
